Refund policy

Koa & Ken Canoe provides a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
